How to delete your account
- In the RoadHero app, open Profile and choose Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm. You will be signed out immediately.
- You can also sign in to My RoadHero on this website and choose Delete account.
Data that is deleted
- Name, phone, email, authentication data and preferences.
- Saved cars, shopping cart and active membership profile.
- Community content, reviews and non-required activity data.
- Stored civil ID and driving-licence details used for rentals.
Data we may retain
Order, service-booking, rental, invoice and payment records are retained only for the period required by law in the applicable country, or while a refund, dispute or claim remains open. They are disconnected from your active profile and deleted or anonymized when the retention period ends.
Deletion takes effect immediately in active systems. Residual copies may remain in routine backups for up to 90 days.

If you cannot sign in, or want only specific data deleted, send a request from your registered phone or email. We will verify your identity.
